What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Early check-in and late check-out are possible on request, depending on availability and decided case by case. Fees may apply – please ask us as early as possible.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
We don’t have a separate luggage storage service. An early bag drop is possible on request once the villa is ready, subject to availability.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, on request: a maximum of 1 pet per villa, IDR 200,000 per night. Please let us know before arrival.
How do I pay?
The available payment options are shown during booking. Payment details are never requested via chat.
What is the cancellation policy?
Each villa has its own cancellation policy, shown on the villa page under “Good to know before you arrive” and again before you confirm your booking.
Is a security deposit required?
If a deposit applies to your booking, the amount and terms are shown before you confirm.
Can you arrange an airport transfer?
Yes, a private airport transfer can be arranged on request. Prices depend on the villa’s area – just message us with your flight details.
How do I get into the villa?
All arrival details are sent to you privately after your booking is confirmed.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed indoors in any of our villas, including the bedrooms. You are welcome to smoke in the outdoor areas.
Are parties or events allowed?
Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed. In some villas, events may be possible by prior arrangement and with approval. Quiet hours generally apply from 22:00 to 07:00 – see the house rules on each villa page.
Are children welcome?
Children and infants are welcome in all our villas. Some villas have a baby cot or high chair; see the amenities.
Can I drink the tap water?
No, tap water in Bali is not safe to drink. Drinking water is provided in the villa.
Is housekeeping included?
Housekeeping depends on the length of your stay (short or long term); details are confirmed with your booking.
Are there insects or geckos?
Bali is a tropical island and many villas are partly open-air, so insects and small geckos can appear occasionally. Geckos are harmless, and we clean regularly to keep the villa comfortable.
Can you help with tours, scooters or a private chef?
Yes – scooter rental, private drivers, tours, in-villa breakfast or a private chef and special set-ups can be arranged on request.
